- Detailed scrutiny / evaluation of CVs
- Short listing of the most suitable candidates
- Test/Interview.

- Post job offer medical examination, verifiable personal / professional references, Clearance from previous employer
- Agreement Failing in any of the above may result in inevitable delays and even cancellation of employment offer.
